The location was excellent and stunning, so close to the shops, Truro or other places of interest in Cornwall, and Threemilestone. The room was good little with an electric kettle and a toaster. The owner was always available.

I recently stayed at the Cosy Annex in Threemilestone and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions in the area. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had everything we needed. Plus, the fact that it's a pet-friendly place was a bonus for us as we brought our dog along. Finding the place was hassle-free, with clear instructions and a key conveniently located by the entry door. The toilet was clean and the support and advice from Beth made our stay even more enjoyable. She even arranged for an iron and ironing board, which was a thoughtful touch. I also have to mention the delicious local fish and chips from "Kellaway's Fish n Chips". it was a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Had a great time staying not too far from two nice towns. The place is super close to the shops, which was a huge plus. The room had a fridge, toaster, and electric kettle, which made things really convenient. We really enjoyed our time here! 🌟

My Christmas stay at this hotel was far from enjoyable. The cleanliness of the place left much to be desired, with mould and dampness in the air, as well as bedding that felt damp.
